You'll find us there from Partner Day kickoff on Tuesday to Friday. This year, we're bringing something special to make your event a little more relaxed.
Calm events
Conferences are exciting but exhausting. That's why Contrast is hosting three Calm Events throughout the week: free opportunities to set the right tone for your day before the hard work starts.
Yoga sessions: Tuesday through Friday
We're partnering with Evolve Yoga to offer complimentary yoga sessions each morning. The studio is just a 10-minute walk from the Boston Convention Center, making it an easy addition to your morning routine.
Calm Run Club: Thursday morning
If running is more your speed, join us on Thursday for a scenic, easy-paced run along the Charles River Esplanade. It's a beautiful route, and the perfect way to meet members of the Contrast community before heading into another packed day of sessions.

You're welcome to sign up for whichever event speaks to you, or go all-in and join us for both throughout the week. We're happy to provide just that extra bit of Calm to you during Unbound.

Contrast smoothie bar at the convention center
Not a yogi or runner? No problem. We've set up a smoothie station right at the main entrance of the Boston Convention Center, available throughout the week. Come by for a freshly made smoothie or ginger shot. Just look for our floating cloud balloons.
