Step-by-step guide

Requirements

  • Claude account (free or paid).

  • Information about: who you are and what you do, your audience, and webinar topics you have already covered.

Create a new project on Claude

Claude

  • Go to the left sidebar.

  • Click Projects.

  • On the right side, click New Project.

  • Enter a project name.

  • Click Create Project.

Add Project Instructions

Project Instructions

  • Locate the plus (+) button on the right side of the instructions.

  • Click the button.

  • Begin entering your instructions.

  • Click Save Instructions.

Start a new chat inside the project

Prompting Claude

  • Enter your prompt (example "Give me five webinar topic ideas for next quarter").

  • Submit the prompt.

Common problems and solutions

Responses do not match your tone or brand

Upload additional context files such as webinar outlines, audience surveys, and email newsletters.

Claude is not using project instructions

Make sure the conversation was started from within the project rather than from the main sidebar.
