Common problems and solutions
Does this prove the webinar caused the revenue?
Not exactly. It shows the webinar influenced the deal — the contact attended a webinar and then the deal closed afterward. That's a solid signal, but it's not proof the webinar was the reason.
Why filter deal stage to Closed Won?
Because you want revenue you've actually earned, not open pipeline.
Why filter the formula to greater than zero?
Because greater than zero means the deal closed after the webinar — the only deals the webinar could have influenced. Anything zero or negative closed on or before the event, so it gets dropped. This is the filter that turns "deals that happen to be tied to a webinar" into "deals the webinar actually influenced".
