How to turn your webinar Q&A section into an FAQ page
Last updated on Jun 23, 2026 by Lusine Sargsyan
Goal
Webinar Q&A sections contain valuable insights, but they are often messy, repetitive, and difficult to publish directly. This guide shows how to convert a webinar Q&A export into a clean, structured FAQ page using Claude or the Repurpose AI feature in Contrast webinars.

Common problems and solutions
Cannot find the Q&A export option
Instead of exporting Q&A, you can download the webinar transcript. Follow this guide to get your webinar transcript and continue the workflow.
FAQ output does not match my website style
To fix this, you need to refine the rules that control how the FAQ is generated. First, adjust your Claude Project instructions (or prompt) to define your website style. This includes things like:
- Tone (e.g., formal, friendly, concise, technical)
- Answer length (short answers vs. detailed explanations)
- Formatting rules (bullet points, collapsible sections, headings style)
- Structure preferences (e.g., “Question as H2, answer as paragraph” or “accordion-style FAQs”)
- Branding constraints (e.g., avoid emojis, avoid marketing language, keep neutral tone)
Once these rules are clearly defined, re-run the Q&A-to-FAQ conversion inside the same project so the system consistently applies your style.
