Open your webinar in Contrast Webinars.
On the right side, locate the Repurpose AI feature.
Click on Blog article to generate the post.
Use the AI chat to adjust the output based on your needs (e.g., make the introduction more compelling, remove repetitive points, improve structure, shorten sections, or make it easier to scan).

If creating a Project, click Projects > New Project, name it, and click Create project (or use standard chat for a one-time task).
Recommended
If you're running webinars regularly, I'd recommend creating a Claude Project specifically for webinar repurposing.

Give your project a name and add instructions for how you want your articles written. Add:
- Your brand voice
- Your preferred blog structure

Step 1: Identify the search intent

Before writing, determine:

- Related questions people are likely to search for
- Potential long-tail keywords
Choose keywords based on the actual topic and substance of the transcript, not by keyword stuffing.

Step 2: Create an SEO-friendly structure

Build the article around the reader's search intent.

Create:
- One compelling H1 containing the primary keyword naturally
- A concise introduction that immediately answers the reader's core question
- A logical H2/H3 structure
- Short paragraphs
- Bullet points and numbered lists where useful
- Practical examples from the webinar
- A concise conclusion
- An FAQ section targeting relevant long-tail questions
Prioritize answer-first structure: whenever possible, answer a question directly before expanding on it.

Step 3: Write the article

Transform the transcript into a polished article of approximately 1,500-2,500 words, unless the transcript does not contain enough valuable information to support that length.

Follow these rules:

- Combine repetitive points from the transcript.
- Remove filler, greetings, verbal tics, audience logistics, and conversational repetition.
- Convert spoken language into natural written language.
- Preserve useful anecdotes, examples, frameworks, statistics, and opinions.
- Clearly distinguish opinions from factual claims.
- Never fabricate information to make the article longer.
- If an important claim requires a source that isn't provided in the transcript, flag it as [SOURCE NEEDED] rather than inventing one.

Use the primary keyword naturally in:

H1

Introduction

At least one H2

Conclusion:
- Use secondary keywords naturally throughout the article.
- Include relevant semantic variations and related concepts.
- Avoid keyword stuffing.
- Write for humans first.
- Make headings descriptive and search-friendly rather than clever or vague.
- Include concise definitions and direct answers that could potentially appear in featured snippets or AI-generated answers.
- Where appropriate, use lists, steps, comparisons, and concise takeaways that are easy for search engines and AI systems to understand.
E-E-A-T

Make the article demonstrate first-hand expertise by emphasizing:
- Specific insights from the webinar
- Real examples
- Practical recommendations
- Speaker experience
- Original frameworks or processes
- Data or evidence mentioned by the speaker
- Do not add generic claims like "experts agree" unless the transcript actually supports them.
Readability

Write at approximately a Grade 8-10 reading level.

Use:
- Short sentences
- Short paragraphs
- Active voice
- Clear transitions
- Specific language
- Practical examples
Avoid:
- Corporate jargon
- Empty introductions
- Generic statements such as "In today's fast-paced digital world..."
- Excessive adjectives

Step 4: Add an FAQ section

Create 5-7 FAQs based on questions that are genuinely relevant to the article's topic and likely to match search intent.

For each FAQ:
- Ask the question naturally.

- Do not repeat information unnecessarily.
Step 5: Create the SEO metadata

After the article, provide:
- SEO Title: 50-60 characters
- Meta Description: 140-160 characters
- URL Slug: short, descriptive, lowercase, hyphenated
